Privacy policy

Customers any informations and files all are the company confidential information, in any case they will not leak.

Panel policy 

We accept customer to panelise multi-designs on one panel to save money, however we will chare $30 for each extra design. Considering the speed of engineer setup and testing, we suggest that dont put more than most 5 different designs on panel. 

Delivery policy 

For prototype run, 1-2L: standard 3 days turnaround, the fastest turnaround is 12 hours, 4L: standard 5 days turnaround, the fastest turnaround is 48 hours, 6L: standard 6 days turnaround, the fastest turnaround is 72 hours. 

For small batch run, delivery depends on the size of the order、file complexity and the different way of testing. 

Standard sample defined as FR-4,1.6 MM thickness, green SM, white overlay, 1 OZ copper thick.

If customer does not specified, the the PCBs will be accept as the IPC-A-600 Class 2

Deadline

Every day the deadline of order is 12:00, if order after 12:00 the it will be tomorrows order. If there have national legal holiday in due day, or any reasons we can not control, then postpone delivery.

RS-274 & RS-274-X gerber file, DXP, Protel, PADs, AutoCAD(Simple design), PDF can not be accepted for production.

Minimum Track width/clearance: 1oz 4/4mil 2oz 8/8mil 3oz 10/10mil

Minimum hole size: 0.2mm

Minimum annular of hole: via hole/5mil component hole/8mil

Minimum PTH slot width: 0.55mm

Minimum Router: 0.80mm

Minimum Soldermask Clearance: 4mil

Minimum Silkscreen Clearance: 4mil

Minimum silkscreen Line width/height: 0.13mm/0.80mm

Minimum board copper/edge margin: 0.20mm

How to Shipping?

The default is customer give their account to pay of express company like DHL、UPS、FedEx、etc., we do not bear the freight. (this is the fastest way to shipping)

If the customer does not have account to pay, we will shipping by DHL,Fedex,UPS, this will cost 3-4 more days but cheaper.

The Minimum Charge

New order does not have the minimum charge

Repeat order: 1-2L the minimum charge is $50, 4L the minimum charge is $100, 6L the minimum charge is $280. Or we will charge as per new order price.

It is for solutions, scientific research units, research and development institutions of large enterprise, colleges and universities and trade company etc.. To panelise multi-designs into fixed size to save setup fee for cost down.

Training of the PCB optimized design

We provide free training of the PCB optimized design to effectively rudece the cost of research and development for customer, and solve the possible problems of customers.
